Memorial Day is coming up and that usually means burgers and brats… but as this week’s Adweek details, Americans are throwing more chicken into the mix, too. Michael Clinard shot the images for the cover and the story within, detailing the rise of chicken’s fast food popularity. From a bun of two breaded chicken breasts to a Cajun-inspired chicken makeover, never has a subject matter been so delectable!
